Continuous School Improvement

Learning never stops.  Neither does improving the instructional strategies and support programs that close achievement gaps and increases student and school success.

School and district improvement efforts focus on student needs through a collaborative process that establishes and addresses priority needs, district funding, and closing achievement gaps between identified subgroups of students.

We welcome your feedback as we begin the revision of our comprehensive district improvement plan this December.  All stakeholders (students, staff, families, community members, business leaders, post-secondary institutions…) are invited to participate.  While we are unfortunately unable to meet face to face, we do want to hear from you!

Please take a few minutes to complete our online survey.  Our survey is built around similar activities that we have engaged in during face to face meetings.  “More of”, “Less of”, and “Start doing” are now being replaced by Keep, Stop, Start.  Keep, stop, and start better aligns to the Kentucky Board of Education and Commissioner Glass’ improvement strategies while still maintaining our focus of improvement.
