Student Belongings and Returns

When our students and staff left school on Friday, March 13, no one had planned on that being their last day in the classroom.  We understand that many of our students may have clothing, backpacks, and other belongings that they wish to pickup.  Also, some students may have library books, textbooks, and technology that was loaned out.

Below is a list of planned return dates and the logistics of those returns to each school.  Our school leaders have planned intentionally for social distancing and will have staff in place to ensure that safety measures are followed.  At all times the number of people in the building and individual hallways will be monitored.  We highly encourage that masks be used.

If you have any specific questions or concerns please contact the school directly.

Week of May 4 Students and parents will not enter the building. Parents will pull to the front of the building and someone will bring their child’s items to the vehicle.

This has been our procedure for NTI packets and it has worked well. We will have an IA directing traffic. We will have two IA located outside and two inside. The two outside will ask the student name and will walk to the door to collect their items. The two located inside will get the items from the gym and bring it to the outside person, who will then deliver it to the vehicle.
Our school will be utilizing the exterior doors around the building to allow entry in and out. Each door is numbered. The instructions below specify based on grade and student last names which door they should enter through. Please see complete details at the end of the list.
